Primary Efficacy Objective
• Estimate the 36-month freedom from AF /AFL /AT recurrence using the Arctic Front™ Cardiac Cryoablation Catheter System.
Primary Safety Objective
• Estimate primary safety AE rates for cryoablation using the Arctic Front™ Cardiac Cryoablation Catheter System through 12-months.
